The manager and scrum master are taking calls with me as I am not able to close the story on time. And I don't want to work on this project anymore due to their toxic behaviour. What will happen to me? Don't say I need to improve I am trying without any help and with Gaslight.
Hope scrum is daily, You are able to showcase where are your efforts are going. Who is estimating the story? Is it happening with only one or two stories or all stories? only with you or all other team members? Is your skillset exactly what is required as per the demand for story? are you taking help of some tools, if not at least google to complete work faster?
We need to understand software is having hard time. it is no more leisure job where you log-in 8 hrs and job is done. We need to showcase some valid working output. In agile project it is prominent.
Everywhere slowly similar situation will come mainly because -we compete with each other get the project for our company with least amount of effort to be completed -every company has to perform and meet deadlines. -every project has to be completed in certain timelines /budget -every employee will not be 100% fit for the job they are doing. suppose i have only 80% skillset than what is required to complete the story assigned to me. I will take for sure at least double time for remaining 20% of story.
