and asked if I could revoke my papers. Honestly, I was glad to have him on the call.
He guided me, even warned me, that the market is weird right now with layoffs happening. He said they might offer me another role, and even wanted to check if there’s a position in his project. But for that, he asked me to commit to withdrawing my papers first — because if he fights for an opportunity for me and I still move forward with my resignation, it wouldn’t look good for him.
Without disputing his words, I told him not to take any risk on my behalf.
he said that Accenture Yearly hikes are something that no other Companies would offer it seems.
no that he cant offer , bcoz accenture as a policy on it, and my bad thus time it was changed to next June cycle.
