Trending @HCL; Manage Weekend shift and domain change

I wanted to share that I’m facing some challenges with my current domain and weekend shift schedule. As a TechBee, I have college on Saturdays, which makes it difficult to manage weekend shifts. My RM suggested that I check with HR if I’m unable to continue in this shift or domain. Before I take that step, I wanted to seek your guidance and see if you have any advice on how to handle this situation. Thank you for your support
