The constant politics is unfathomable to me and some stupid folks continue to act above anyone because they butter up people in-charge. It is just obvious that people in my project are trying to save their ass.
None of them have either the will or the guts to execute what is needed, rather the focus is on a project scope that offends the least number of stakeholders.
I have decided to take things less intensely now. for the sake of my mental health. I think it is important for me to travel, live my life and stop caring about a soulless company.
Anyone else feeling this way?
Bro, I am going through the same situation. What I did, I just started giving the interviews and luckily got an offer, at that moment I put up my papers. Just enjoying the notice period, without any tension. I have not stopped giving the interviews so that there will be several good offers till the end of my notice period.
I am gaining the confidence by regularly giving the interviews and I am continuously skilling up.

Many of us are feeling the same way ….Most of the leads does not want to accept the right solutions even if it works the best for the project … they are in their own mindset and are not willing to explore … and just torture us to come up with automations innovations and wat not 🤦🏻♀️
