Male female discrimination
Why there is huge differentiation between male and Female in such a huge organisation. Female employee are supported at every stage as a male we also need support , we also need appreciation , love , care .. why MALE are harassed ?????

Ha bhai hota hai....Girls ko easily acche acche projects mil jaate hai....sabhi boys ne ye yaad rakhana hai hai ki life me hamesha baki boys ki help karni hai....Hamari men community kaise aage badhe iss prr dhyan dete hai
Married Women don't have it easy.For a lateral, joining an old reputed project and proving yourself is an uphill task.Most of the times you are just looked down by people for asking too many questions or finishing tasks on time and linked to favoritism.I have seen though Girls having it easy and Guys do most of the work for the Girls in TCS 😄.l know how this discrimination feels because l see Girls actually are living chilled life in TCS 😄
