Can someone tell me when MAL Value will be updated on my workday, I mean my joining date is 1 Dec 2022 so from 1st Nov 2024 it must be 24 but it's still 23
HRs are manipulating MAL so that promotion gets delayed to the next cycle. I work in HR and we have been asked to do this so that the company can save big chunks. Also we get a handy bonus for this. Peace✌🏿

MAL values usually update monthly, but sometimes there's a delay. Give it a week or two, and if it's still off, maybe check with your manager
Actually by the time this month's hike decisions are started and if MAL canges to 24 then I will get default promotion from ASE to a analyst
