Anybody know what is MAL(Months at Levels) in accenture… my manager asked me for the same and i am at 22 … Just want to know the context of it?

Was promoted to lv 11 on 1st june 2022

Any idea if i might get promoted this may cycle

You are eligible for next level promotion after 24 months of MAL

mal means how many months you have complete on your current level.... Leke if i promoted on 1 jan 2025 then My MAL will be 3 by end of march...
