Trending @Accenture; MAL for L11 to L10 promotion???

If you have got promoted from L11 to L10, what was your MAL for L11? Also pls mention if you are a lateral joiner or in Accenture since beginning? Pls mention precious and current base pay as well.

They will only fool you for the promotion because i got assurance in dec that I'll be promoted in this cycle but got only 5% hike and they do not have any single reason to explain for not promoting me
