Trending @Accenture; MAL and TAL

My MAL is 62 and TAL is 0. What does that means?? I joined last year in May as level 10

OMG you spent 5 Years and 2 months in a Senior analyst role and are still serving,

MAL stands for Months at level. TAL stands for Time at level.

These two are promoting criteria for any role to progress to the next level.

You might have reconsidered your career progression after 36 months MAL,

Anyhow November 2024 you will get some hike/promotion communication, you should consider switching aggressively after Dec 1st 2024.

If you are really worried about career progression you should consider switching.. It's been 5 yrs with no promotions, and 2 yr with no hikes.

I joined in May last uear. I will complete 5 year in 2028, but in Workday it shows Experience Hire Credit of 47...I'm assuming that is added to MAL of 15 months and showing as 62.

MAL is months at level. Number of months you are at this level.

If you joined last year then MAL is wrong. Might be some glitch in tool.

62 MAL means you are at level 10 for 62 months. Which is not correct since you joined last year

I see it should be 15 then...thank you so much. Also experience hire credit is there which shows 48...is that added to MAL??
