And buddy, just a reality check, client appreciations really don't matter here when it comes to promotions, no matter how good you are, it just means you attract more work

Totally depends on your negotiation skills and Accenture business. My MAL is 38 still waiting to get promoted to lvl 10. Dont repeat the mistake I did. Go and follow up with your lead and manager.

Mal should be 24 for promotion but if u are top performer then ur manager can fight for ur promotion..collect all ur appreciation mails and do some certifications that will help in promotion

I'll answer this for you since we are in the same spot even I believe I am the best performer of my team and have 20 MAL. I have all recognitions, awards and the most certifications and my lead accepts that the team has dependency on me. Still when I asked him about promotion this was his answer "We have lot of nominations this time as promotions are pending for 2 years, there are resources much senior to you so I can't assure you anything". JFYI I started as a fresher n have 2.9 YOE.

i’ve been on lvl11 since 21’ trust me - there’s a lot of beef and competition and dirty politics that goes behind promotion. i would say continue doing ur best - and you should reap ur rewards soon
