Trending @Cognizant; Makes sense to move?
I'm earning ~33 LPA (2.5 variable) at Cognizant and have an offer of ~39.5 LPA (fully fixed) from a product based firm with another hike in Dec'25 (last year they had given ~10% on average). Does it make sense to move?
I know the hike is not that significant, but it's still way better than what I can make here in next 2-3 years (as I got recently promoted). Also, better work life balance and perks are expected at the new firm, along with significantly better annual hikes.

If it not required any location change and new company policy are better ,please move.
There are many factors:-
If the new company is india based company you in-hand amount will be less
And
2ndly you should know what is the probation period 6 months or 1 year
If hike circle is in the probation period you won't get the hike
