Hi, I am actually trained in the mainframe and as of now I have 1.5 years experience. I am not sure whether to proceed in this domain or to switch to another. But I have a very good team and also work and the learning is also great.

How much would be the salary expectation after 2-3 years for mainframe developers? Is it usually low as compared to others ?
