Mail regarding wfo non-company

Got a mail today that i am non - compliant to office working hrs and asked me to report for a discussion with hr-rmg . Anybody else went through this ? What is the discussion like any big action will be taken ?

The working hour policy was to be implemented and it was long due . In fact if you read the policy released with regards to wfo last year around this time it does mention about the work hours policy also to be considered in conjunction with wfo policy . However after implementing the index last year now they are implementing the index for work hours as well for coming year .
