Anyone got mail from HR for jan 2025 wfo less than 85% mail?

Yes but already me and one of my colleague in different project got mail on jan 12 😐 saying your % is less than 60 and mentioned consequences will be not limited to applying leave so much force they are doing no other company is this much serious already they are deducting v.pay i am ok with it
