I received a mail recently that since my T-factor is greater than 3.5, I should host a session for other associates to help them increase theirs. What needs to be done there

I have 4.05+ TFactor its completely useless the only thing u can do is mention in speed in creative and personal development then account will have expectations to be a solo player take work load from lead and manager

in my case it help when I talk to HR, now they take me little bit seriously
