Mail form HR - WFO compliance in person discussion
HR has send mail to all the people whose WFO index is less than 60%. I stay in North Bangalore. Here rent is less but distance is more. If i take same 2 bhk apparent in whitefield rent is starting from 35k. I am stuck between saving few penny and having a stressful life. On the other side client is also too creepy. If we are late or dont join calls on time then they escalate to tcs manager. It is becoming very hard to work in TCS.
I am sure if they reduce 90 days notice to 35 days just like they did bench policy, tcs stock price will come down to lowest in IT sector.
Really feeling sad for such poor labour laws in our country.
Ignore bro.. 50-60% population still don't have 60% RTO.
Wake up 20 percent out of this are fired and remaining are now coming to office all days ....

Nothing much to worry about if you are billable in your project. WFO is still not that serious level. Just try to visit whenever possible until managers dont force to come. At max you will lose variable pay as per policy which is being implemented after covid ended.

Yes, if WFO is non compliance then no bonus no performance pay no carrier growth.
