Who knows what is happening . why HCL is doing this thing in month of Oct , hike month start from oct . Hcl Should focus on providing hike letter . If any structure change required they can do in direcly on hike leeter . Not sure this oct one , what they are going to do ☹️

Will complete EPB be added in base salary or some portion will be added in annual variable pay as well?

It will be restructured means it will be recalculated as per the standards. It will be distributed to all the components.

Is EPB the same as a Performance Bonus? My CTC includes a Performance Bonus of ₹1.20 lakh, and I joined HCL on 1st September 2025. Just wondering if this recent change will be applicable to me — if yes, that’s definitely some good news! 🙂
