Accenture management has tried to underpay us all this time. We deserve to know what is the real salaries for our YOE? I am being paid 13.2L CTC / 0.5 YOE. What about you?
24 LPA for 6 YOE
How much hike you got on switch?
2018 - 3.5LPA college passed out
2019 - 4.5 LPA - same company
2021 - 6 LPA - same company
2021 - 14 LPA - company changed
2022 - 16 LPA - same company
2022 - 19 LPA got other offer but current company compensated
2023 - 21 LPA cleared certifications and company internal expert assessment
2024 - 24 LPA got other offer but current company compensated 😉
11yrs 17LPA for level 9. Is it as per market and company standard? For level 9 what is the salary range ?
I would say Salary is low It should be between 22 to 30+ LPA. And the level should be at least 8 for 11 yrs exp.
I am part of being in Accenture for last 5 years and my starting salary was 10LPA. After 5 yrs it’s 17LPA. Can I negotiate when the performance call happens ?
