Machine Learning Roadmap

I am a newbie who knows python and does not know anything about machine learning. Can someone suggest me how to start ML from scratch. I need to learn Deep Learning mainly. Please suggest some project videos where I can learn my making projects? Not just blank theory. Thanks!!!! :)
