MA in Psychology without BA?

Thinking of switching from Marketing (organic and biddable)/Sales to Psychology.

Majored in BA English Hons. Questions:

1. No BA in Psych, how should I go about it?
2. Is distance learning any good in Psych? I don't want to leave my current role but can consider.
3. Any other tips?

Doing this solely because I feel it is AI-proof, and pays well (open to other opinions).
