LWP query

Hi Team, I have 1.5 yrs baby and she is going through some medication. So I am staying in my native and working from home. But now HR is not approving WFH. So I am planning to go for LWP. Can anyone please guide me whats the procedure for LWP. Is TCS is provide me LWP as I have 1.5 yr old baby.

Talk to your manager, get their approval, and submit an LWP request form. HR will handle the rest. Check Ultimatix for the latest policies.

You can take LWP for childcare and HR won't reject the request but before taking LWP you need to utilise all of your EL
