Lwp OR Resign

I’ve joined tcs few months back. I am not liking the office environment and everything. I feel like I should go for masters. Can anybody help? How can I resign or can tell how to apply for LWP?

I think resignation is simple, you can send email from your TCS email id to HR and Manager. They will approve and if you are looking for LWP then you have to inform your manager, he will help you further.
