LWP for MS

I am currently in the process of taking the LWP. So, this info might help. Firstly, I connected with my manager regarding the leave and he said he's okay with it as I've already completed my 2 years at TCS and told me to initiate a mail chain with HR. I did that and HR responded and asked me to fill an LWP request form and told me to submit it along with the following details:

1. Project managers approval
2. University admission letter along with Visa
3. No of EL's and CL's The LWP request form has basic details to fill about previous performance bands, previous experience, reason for LWP request, LWP start and end dates, previous LWP history, disciplinary action history, etc. HR mentioned that once all the required documents are submitted, it might take 5-7 days for review with ISU HR head.
