LWP

Hi, planning to go on LWP bcz of HR’s stupidity and there is no proper format to escalate it. Considering this job isnt my primary source of income i have a portfolio of 55lakhs so i have a better income compared to salary from tcs. Or shld i just bear with these idiots why miss salary for free😅 Please let me knw if i can escalate
