LWD when on bench for interviews outside TCS

I am currently on bench and looking for opportunities outside TCS. But when I receive calls, I am asked are you serving notice period and what is the last working day. What are we suppose to answer such questions so that we get shortlisted.

Ask them if they are ready to give early joining bonus you can ask for early release as u r in bench.

When you are in RMG you don't have to serve the notice period. Within 2-3 days your resignation will be completed.
