Hi everyone my LWD is near m just getting salary negotiation calls and I feel they are deliberately taking time to give offer letters. Now I am not sure which company to Join as I have not got any offer letter recently.

Just pick the company that offers the highest salary in rupees. Don't waste time waiting for offer letters, they are just playing games. Time is money, don't let them fool you.

Thanks bro I am getting so much confused at the end of the notice period itself they are having a discussion. And no one is giving an offer yet. Don't know what to do. And for which I have an offer I don't want to lose because of waiting. For others. What do you suggest?
