How's the project having client Cisco in LTIMindtree, pune in terms of career growth, work life balance as specialist data engineering for 7 yrs experience.
I don't know about client and stuff. But joining org is that too oracle to this org is blunter in your life.i can say.

Just hype. No projects . They say AI.
.most resources after joining they are on bench later ask to resign or short term projects 2 months later other projects or sometimes no project.
Ask for a client interview and clear it before joining.
