Looks like LTI is paying more, so LTI, forget all other things.
thanks for your input VanGogh! But what about job security and work life balance etc I’m not inclined towards money. I want genuine review of current situation of LTI, so they have good projects or not etc
Choose L&T Mindtree if your goal is to work more hands-on with GCP, grow faster, and build deep cloud-native expertise quickly.
Choose IBM if you value long-term brand strength, structured learning, and exposure to a broader spectrum of cloud/data technologies.
If you’re early- to mid-career and want GCP specialization, LTM may be more beneficial short-term. But for stability, global branding, and cross-platform roles, IBM has the edge.
