Try other companies might get a offer in final last days of joining, grab it never join LITM. Join a product company better. I moved from CTS last 2 days made decision, didn't selected LTIM as L&T hostile work culture is being injected to Mindtree so be aware and mindful. It's management, culture, workplace, and environment. Went to their Kengeri office for pitty on video verification for final round , could have done at home as well. Poor infrastructure and people/ process and mindset dear!
