Hi Friends, LTIMindtree vs. Accenture Which is better for a person having 15 years experience? Specifically in terms of work life balance, culture, job security, career growth, etc.
I’m an ex employee of LTIMindtree. I can say that the work culture, work life balance is good. If your project heads are good, you will be offered good roles if there’s any. If your project heads are good, they will even try if there’s any opportunity in other tower or project of your interest. I cannot comment on job security as I never faced that situation but based what on I have heard, there is some kind of security but not sure.
Thanks @ScaredMax Do you know how is the management after the mindtree acquisition. I heard that some of their previous policies have changed.
To add on to the pay scale, Accenture gives you all sorts of bonuses and variable pays but it gets cut as per what I have heard. Whereas in LTIMindtre per my experience, the bonus part is not so big and you will get it completely at the end of cycle.
Accenture. Better pay, more growth. But beware of job security and work-life balance. LTIMindtree? Not enough info. Choose wisely.
Accenture is a better brand
How is windows system administrator job in both these companies, are there rotating night shift jobs there, ltimindtree is a horrible company i heard
