LTIMindtree Salary double

Had an HR discussion with LTIMindtree for a Senior Software Engineer role. I have 4 YOE and currently earn ₹10.5 LPA fixed at Deloitte.

HR initially offered ₹15 LPA, but I negotiated it to ₹20.5 LPA fixed + ₹1L joining bonus. It’s now gone for business approval — no formal offer yet.

Do you think this will get approved? And more importantly — is this a fair deal for my profile in today’s market? They are giving me Senior Software Engineer position…I want specialist
