LTIMindtree salary double

Had an HR discussion with LTIMindtree for a Senior Software Engineer role. I have 4 YOE and currently earn ₹10.5 LPA fixed at Deloitte.

HR initially offered ₹15 LPA, but I negotiated it to ₹20.5 LPA fixed + ₹1L joining bonus. It’s now gone for business approval — no formal offer yet.

Do you think this will get approved? And more importantly — is this a fair deal for my profile in today’s market? They are giving me Senior Software Engineer position…I want specialist

They have given approval? My current CTC is (8 lpa is fixed) 9.68 lpa with variable pay and LTIMINDTREE are offering me 9 lpa fix and for that also they are waiting for business approval.
