
LTIMindtree hikes
I am switching to LTIMindtree. I am informed that 2LPA is variable and I will get it twice as every year. HR also said I will get 100% variable since compny is doing well. Is it true? How are the hikes here in LTIMindtree?
I heard LTIM gives poor hikes. How is the actual scenario. Is it worse or average ? What is the hike percentage one could expect ?
It varies from 3-6% on average.
To add to it , with constant delays last year it was delayed by 4 months and the year before that by 3 months with no arrears for the months that passed in between.

Got offers from these two companies. TCS is offering 2 lacks more thank LTIM. At LTIMindtree I have to go to office 2-3 days/week but in TCS everyday.
Suggestions are appreciated.
