Not sure about banking domain but I was in TTH for 4 years.

WLB was good and no pressure except few times like encountering the prod defect and RFC.

Hybrid: 2 days WFO and you need to maintain 6 hrs a day in office.

Hike: As usual like every other service based company. Can be less or more but it will be delayed by few months and can expect it with arrears.

Leave: special leaves are also available like bday, anniversary.
