LTIMINDTREE Pre-Onboarding process

Got my offer letter on 3rd Sept 2025 from Iti mindtree.

Digiverifier, pre bgv done but didn't receive pre onboading document request mail yet. However, my friend who also got an offer letter on the same day, and the same role received the mail and completed his pre on-boarding on the portal. The Spoc provided to me on mail is neither picking up the calls nor replying to my emails.

Not able to understand the further process. Does anyone have any idea and could tell me the exact process? My LWD is 1st Dec 2025
