LTIMindtree P2 Band – Possible to revise fixed pay after offer acceptance?
I’ve accepted an offer from LTIMindtree as a Senior Software Engineer (P2 band): • ₹20.5L fixed + ₹1.5L joining + ₹50K relocation • Salesforce DevOps (Client: HW Kaufmann – US) • Joining: 18th Aug, Noida
🧑💻 4.5 YOE, currently at Deloitte (₹10.5L fixed), working in Salesforce DevOps + CI/CD automation.
Now considering asking for a ₹22.5L fixed counter about a week before joining.
👉 What’s the realistic max budget for this band (P2)? 👉 Has anyone had success getting a fixed revision before onboarding?
