I recently attended an interview and completed f2f verification. There was a mail to upload required documents
Subject - LTIMindtree selection process -Pre-Offer Document requested. Due date 09 May 2025
But I cannot submit details as some fields are non editable but mandatory and on final submission it's showing that you haven't selected fields.
Due to this my profile is not showing in their portal I think, as HR is saying I do not see your profile. And process is stuck. How to resolve this? lts important as they are giving preferred location.

Yes,I had faced similar issue. PAN details was not editable and it was blank due to which I was unable to submit my documents. I called the HR and shared my PAN details. she added it for me..After that I was able to submit.
