As per my knowledge the promotion+ hike is 10% for 4/4 Rating
They have forwarded my offer letter 😂😂 at time time of joining I have got the same number and now in the hike letters I can see same numbers 🤦🤦

I have been with LTIMindtree for a while now and when I got the hike in October 2024 I was pretty impressed! The LTIMindtree hike in 2024 was 7% and a packet of sweets also. I never expected this hike and it definitely gave me a boost. It’s nice to see them really value their employees!
I got the 9% increase in LTIMindtree hike in 2024 and honestly, it was a quiet surprise. I did not expected it to be this good! My salary increased nicely, and it felt like a genuine reward for the hard work. Definitely feels like they’re valuing us more.
It sucks when you expect something good and the worse happens. Well, that’s exactly what happened with the hikes for LTIMindtree in 2024. I thought they would give us hikes in October but I think it would take another year to give us hikes. It is pathetic and really heartbreaking. Worked long hours in this company for so many years and now this troublesome situation when things are getting really expensive. I think it will be better if I switch to a different company, what do you think?
I was so pumped up about me getting a hike, but the appraisals in LTIMindtree have been delayed, yet again. I don’t know what to expect now. Feeling frustrated ever since I got to know the news. I thought 2024 was going to be my year and I will get the hike that I deserve, but now I think I should just stop expecting.
