LTIMindtree Hike: What to Expect?
Heard whispers about the LTIMindtree hike cycle this year. Anyone got the inside scoop on the percentage increase, especially for folks in the Mumbai office? Last year's hike wasn't too impressive, hoping for better this time around.
Last year Bangalore folks saw a median hike of 8%. I wonder if the LTIMindtree hike will be similar across locations.

From what I have heard from my manager. Top performers (folks with EE rating) can expect a hike in the double digits, while average performers (ME) might see single-digit increases or even no hike at all. It all boils down to how well you did on your projects and how valuable you are to the team. Dont expect to get much if you are on bench
