Don’t even ask me about the hike percentage. I’ve worked so many years in LTIMindtree, did everything I could. I also worked after office hours somedays when I was requested to. But, still didn’t get the recognition as I feel I deserve.

LTIMindtree hikes

I am switching to LTIMindtree. I am informed that 2LPA is variable and I will get it twice as every year. HR also said I will get 100% variable since compny is doing well. Is it true? How are the hikes here in LTIMindtree?

Hike percentages when CTC > 50 lpa?

Just curious to know what are the hike percentages given employees who are highly paid? Is 10% considered a good hike for top performers with such salaries?
