LTiMindtree Candidature

Hi All, One of my friend attended interview with LtiMindtree It's been 4 days and the status remains in Interview 2. and the Tentative Position in candidate portal changed from Manager to "CONTRACTOR" post 2nd round interview.

What does it mean??
