LTI Mindtree vs. Fractal Analytics

I have two job offers right now. a. Data Science Specialist at LTI Mindtree for Noida Location b. Senior Data Scientist at Fractal for Bangalore Location I want to shift to Delhi so preferring LTI but I have heard mostly negative reviews about it. So wanted to know is it safe to join LTI or should I go with Fractal?
