LTI Mindtree or Mphasis? With 5.5 yoe into frontend angular with 25 approx package both offering same almost. Which one to choose?

Hybrid model, variable also good only. If the project didn't expect you in specific location, you can work from any office in all over India. Sad part is, don't expect hike if you are outperform also.
