LTI mind-tree rejection

I applied for a PMO role at LTI fortunately cleared 1st round of interview , then comes BGV verification process before 2nd round They said me my BGV is red because , they are not hiring candidates from one of the company I previously worked for in start of my career! But my current employment is at Capgemini and they are not just considering current but also your 7 years companies list I have worked for!

This is soo Strange and disheartening!🙁To just get rejected due to my pervious employment and not on my ability!

Any suggestion if someone faced the same at any company?🥲
