Trending @Capgemini; LTA reimbursement

I have declared LTA in OAAR2 and today that amount is not paid in salary provided I have not planned trip yet, nor submitted proof. I have future plans that will makeup LTA amount equivalent spent. So when I will getting LTA reimbursement and what is the procedure for it.
