Does inhand salary decrease every month if you opt for LTA ?! And what if you have opted for LTA option in comp plan but you didnt travel anywhere and didnt reimburse!?

Yes, they will deduct your LTA amount/12 per month from your monthly salary. If you dont travel anywhere in that financial year, then they will give you the LTA amount alongwith your March salary, ofcourse with tax deductions.
