Lowest 24 hours of my life
Lowest 24 hours of my life. Lost 17 lacs today in under 24 hours in F&O. That was most of my equity investment that I transferred to put in F&O gambling. I come from a middle class humble background so this is my hard earned salary going away.
I can now see how many of my monetary life goals and dreams just vanished in hours.
Sharing here because can’t share with friends and family.
I know it’s my own doing and shouldn’t have done it, but how brutal life can really be.
Anyone with similar experiences (of losing significant money through any medium), please connect - I want to take inspiration on how to pick myself from up here.
I hope I become an example for others who are even considering to get into this F&O shit hole.

I lost 5-7k overall in a day and left FnO.
I think it is not my cup of tea as I overthink
Don't stop taking risks but not in gambling like FnO, try other sustainable things. U can earn tht bck. Risk r rewarded those who don't take risk they just breathe nd work.
Don't be desperate to recover ! Don't share with friends they'll make fun behind ur bck no matter how close u r. Share with family member who will not spoil/ leak or use it to thr advantage in future so u will feel relief 😮💨.

I also lost more than 12 lakhs but over a period of time, considering I make just 5 lakhs per year, that's huge amount for me, almost 5 years of emis!
FnO is always dangerous,without proper mindset/ trading psychology.. I lost 1.5 lac in a single day, while I was working for 25k/month ..3 years back. That moment still gives me a chill in my brain..
Now DO NOT trade in FnO to recover your losses. STOP FnO trading now, it's better late than never
There are plenty of stories like yours online, but people still never learn unfortunately
