Lowe’s SE Grade

Hey grapeviners,

In the annexure section of the offer letter i have recieved from Lowes for the designation of Software Engineer, my grade is mentioned as T51.

Can anybody tell me what does that signify?

PS: I am having an overall experience of 3 years. Does the grade symbolize something in regards of experience/seniority.
