Trending @Accenture; Low salary at Accenture want to switch

I graduated in 2023, did a 6 month internship after that and joined accenture 3 months back but I'm thinking i should upskill and switch as they allocated random stream training for people, i got azure analytics as stream and now i am on bench from 2 weeks and i am not happy with my salary (ctc: 4.6). Can anybody suggest me what should i do, will it be okay if i switch now and which companies should i focus and how much salary can i expect as a fresher
