I read news that this time infy is going to give less PB because of the poor quarterly result announced some days back🤐🤐? I think it's time to prepare for interviews and bid adieu to infy

I have been here more than 3 years. I can say, it's a pattern. Out of 4 quarters, 1 quarter will be high ~90%, 1 quarter will be low ~60% and other 2 quarters will be ~75-80%

Basically they role out compensation letter and later adjust the amount with lower performance bonus difference per quarter. In short 0 increment for working over the years 🫠😐
